First of all we would like to thank Alan and Elaine from Rest Assured Properties for their knowledge, guidance, and expertise. From the moment they met us at the airport we just knew we were in safe hands.
For months previous to our visit, I scoured the internet looking for a golf property. I visited probably hundreds of web sites, but all I know is the coastal areas of Spain which I found in the main to be very expensive and over crowded - until I found Rest Assureds web site who were selling golf properties in rural Spain. I found their web site was very informative and painted a very clear picture of the developments in Murcia. I contacted them and to my surprise I was e-mailed back within the hour! I asked question after question which they answered very professionally so we arranged a visit the next week. When we arrived we were still very sceptical and wary as we did not know what to expect . All our fears were soon laid to rest. Their knowledge of the area and the product they were selling was first class. On our visit to Santa Ana del Monte Golf (or Santa Ana Jumilla Golf as it is sometimes known), the development which we chose was fantastic - from the breath taking scenery to the unbelievable facilities on the golf complex. And the quality of the construction company was excellent. We were never rushed or pushed in any way. The decision to buy was very easy and the feeling we got was Alan and Elaine were genuinely as happy as us with our decision. But their help and support did not stop there. Their hospitality and kindness carried on throughout our stay. The following day they covered every aspect of purchasing the property. We opened a bank account, got mortgage advice, got a solicitor and they introduced us to a currency broker finding us the best rates. We have no doubt in our minds that their help and support will carry on way past the completion of our property, because they are genuine and caring people.

They made time for us and our questions
Having viewed the "Rest Assured" Web Site, we decided, whilst on holidays in Benidorm, to combine this with a viewing of property. Alan and Elaine were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. Nothing was rushed, made time for us and all our questions, nothing was too much trouble. Both were totally professional. They dispelled any fears we had, took us and gave us information regarding the areas. We HIGHLY recommend "Rest Assured Properties" to anyone thinking of purchasing abroad. We will see them again soon as we have made a purchase.

All our fears were dispelled My husband and I had been dreaming of moving out to Spain when we retired for a few years, but were always a bit apprehensive to take the plunge because of all the stories one heard of people losing money and land being reclaimed etc. We shouldn’t have worried though, Alan and Elaine at Rest Assured Property Services were an absolute God send to us. It has been nice to hear from you again. It's good that my first point of contact has taken the time to follow up on a sale, most companies compete for the sale and once they get it you are forgotten about until they want to sell you something else.
We had a great time being shown around. You were great and very patient with us and we even went back to properties we had previously seen without a problem. We had a few other appointments with other agents while there but in the end the resort we chose looked and felt the one for us. Marie and I are very pleased with the outstanding service we have received from Rest Assured Properties. When we booked to come out to view properties Alan and Elaine kept in touch prior to our arrival to make sure everything was going smoothly. They showed us properties that were in our price range and of the style we wanted so we did not waste time seeing properties that were of no interest to us. They also took their time to tell us about the area in which we were going to buy and to show us around. As they live and work in the area this was very beneficial. They were very knowledgeable about the properties and the location and so could help us with many other things such as finding a school for our young son. I know that if I have any problems I can always pick up the telephone and they will be there to help (as I have done on many occasions!).
Rest Assured Properties aren’t the kind of company that disappear once they have made the sale. They do what they say and keep in close contact. They really do care about their customers and I know that they will be there to help us through to the end of the sale and beyond. Yes, our search is currently on hold due… I'm not sure when it will recommence… we shall certainly continue to visit your website, especially since you are the only estate agent to continue communicating.
